NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BEFORE THE DESIGN REVIEW COMMITTEE

The Provo City Design Review Committee will hold a public hearing on Thursday, April 27, 2017, at 12:30 p.m., in the Community Development Conference Room at the Provo City Center, located at 330 West 100 South. The following items below will be discussed, and anyone interested is invited to attend and provide comment. Preceding the public hearing, lunch will be provided to the Design Review Committee members at 12:00 p.m. The lunch is open to the public; however, formal presentation of items, public comment, and actions will be reserved for the public hearing at 12:30 p.m.

ITEM 1 Kristen Lesa requests design review approval for a 10-unit apartment building located at 691 East 600 North in the Residential Conservation Zone. This application is subject to a Zone Change Approval. Joaquin Neighborhood. 17-0007PPA, Dustin Wright, 801-852-6414. This item was heard at the April 13, 2017 DRC hearing, at which time the Design Review Committee requested it be revised and returned.

ITEM 2 Dallas Hakes requests Project Plan Approval for a car wash facility located at 1700 North State Street in the General Commercial (CG) Zone. Carterville Neighborhood. 17-0011PPA, Robert Mills, 801-852-6407

ITEM 3 Corey Middleton requests Design Review Approval for exterior alterations to the east and south elevations of an existing building known as the BYU Women’s Gymnasium located at 515 North University Avenue in the DT1 Zone. North Park Neighborhood. 16-0007MPPA, Josh Yost, 801-852-6408
