NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BEFORE THE LANDMARKS COMMISSION

The Provo City Landmarks Commission will hold a public hearing Wednesday, March 20, 2019, at 12:30 p.m. in the Community Development Conference Room at the Provo City Center, located at 330 West 100 South. The items listed below will be discussed, and anyone interested is invited to attend and provide comment.

The items below are administrative actions requiring the approval of only the Landmarks Commission. Decisions on items involving either landmark designation or the refusal to issue a Certificate of Historic Appropriateness may be appealed to the Municipal Council within thirty (30) days of the decision of the Commission per Section 16.03 of the Provo City Code.

Preceding the public hearing, a briefing will be held at 12:00 p.m. in the Community Development Conference Room. The briefing is open to the public; however, formal presentation of items, public comment and actions will be reserved for the public hearing at 12:30 p.m.
