NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BEFORE THE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT

The Provo City Board of Adjustment will hold a public hearing on Thursday, September 17, 2015, at 5:00 p.m. in the Municipal Council Chambers of the Provo City Center, located at 351 West Center Street. The items listed below will be discussed, and anyone interested is invited to attend and provide comment. Preceding the public hearing, a briefing will be held at 4:30 p.m. in the Community Development Conference Room, located at 330 West 100 South. The briefing is open to the public; however, formal presentation of items, public comment, and actions will be reserved for the public hearing at 5:00 p.m. in the Municipal Council Chambers.

ITEM 1 Russell Hopkins is requesting a variance to the side yard setback from ten feet to zero feet, for property located at 995 West 690 South in the R1.7 Zone for the construction of a new home. ITEM 2 Barnard Jones requests a variance to the side yard setback from 10 feet to 6 feet 5 inches in order to build a garage on the east side of the home located at 4282 Churchill Drive, in the R1.10 Zone. Sherwood Hills Neighborhood. 15-0009VB, Paul Douglass, 801-852-6433
