The Provo City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, May 10, 2017, at 5:30 p.m. in the Municipal Council Chambers of the Provo City Center, located at 351 West Center Street. NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BEFORE THE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT

The Provo City Board of Adjustment will hold a public hearing on Thursday, April 20, 2017, at 5:00 p.m. in the Municipal Council Chambers of the Provo City Center, located at 351 West Center Street. The items listed below will be discussed, and anyone interested is invited to attend and provide comment. Preceding the public hearing, dinner will be provided to the Board of Adjustment members at 4:30 p.m. in the Community Development Conference Room, located at 330 West 100 South. The dinner is open to the public; however, formal presentation of items, public comment, and actions will be reserved for the public hearing at 5:00 p.m. in the Municipal Council Chambers.

ITEM 1 Luke Miller requests a variance to the front setback from Lakeshore Drive from 30 feet to 20 feet to accommodate a proposed church. The subject property is located at 82 North Lakeshore Drive in the SDP3 Zone. Fort Utah Neighborhood. 17-0002VB, Aaron Ardmore, 801-852-6404
