NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BEFORE THE
MUNICIPAL COUNCIL
Notice is hereby given that the Municipal Council of Provo, Utah will hold a public hearing on these items on Tuesday, August 4, 2015 beginning at 5:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers located at the Provo City Center Building, 351 West Center Street. Anyone interested is invited to attend.
Consideration of an ordinance creating a parking permit area generally located in the Wasatch Neighborhood between N Birch Lane and Locust Lane and between Apple Avenue and Wymount Terrace. On-street parking within the proposed parking permit area will be limited to one-hour between the hours of 6:00 am and 6:00 pm, Monday through Friday, for any vehicle without a permit. Additionally, some limited areas will be designated as no parking zones, regardless of whether the vehicle has a permit. The permit fee for those eligible to purchase a permit will be $15.
