A Provo City Planning Commission Administrative Hearing on delegated applications will be held on Wednesday, August 5, 2015, at 5:00 p.m. at 330 West 100 South, Provo.

ITEM 1 John Armstrong requests final subdivision approval for a two-lot subdivision plat (L.C. Subdivision, Plat A) located at 1199 East Ash Avenue in the One-Family Residential with Supplementary Apartment Overlay (R1.8.S) Zone. Wasatch Neighborhood. 15-0013SF, Dustin Wright, 801-852-6414

Prior to the hearing application information may be obtained from and comments may be submitted to the Community Development Department located at 330 West 100 South, Provo, 7:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m., Monday - Thursday, or visit provo.org/pcadminhearing. Decisions may be appealed to the Provo City Board of Adjustment by filing an appeal application within fourteen (14) days following the decision.
