A Provo City Planning Commission Administrati­ve Hear­ing on delegated applications will be held on Wednesday, July 15, 2015, at 5:00 p.m. at 330 West 100 South, Provo.

ITEM 1            Provo City Economic Development requests Final Plat approval for the creation of a one-lot subdivision, comprising 4.77 acres, for future industrial-type buildings, located at approximately 3580 South Mountain Vista Parkway, in the PIC (Planned Industrial Commercial) Zone. Spring Creek Neighborhood, 15-0014SF, Sean Allen, 801-852-6407

ITEM 2            Michael Nixon requests Final Plat approval for a two-lot subdivision comprising 0.75 acres, located at approximately 583 East Foothill Drive, in the R1.10 (One-Family Residential) Zone. North Timpview Neighborhood, 15-0015SF, Dustin Wright, 801-852-6414

Prior to the hearing application information may be obtained from and comments may be submitted to the Com­munity Development Depart­ment located at 330 West 100 South, Provo, 7:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m., Monday - Thurs­day, or visit Decisions may be appealed to the Provo City Board of Adjustment by filing an appeal application within fourteen (14) days following the decision.
