A Provo City Planning Commission Administrative Hearing on delegated applications will be held on Wednesday, January 20, 2016, at 5:00 p.m. at 330 West 100 South, Provo.

ITEM 1 Tony Brown requests Preliminary Plat Approval for a 6-lot subdivision comprising approximately 7 acres, located at approximately 5050 North Canyon Road, in the R1.10 Residential Zone. North Timpview Neighborhood. 15-0030SF, Brian Maxfield, 801-852-6429

ITEM 2 **REVISED** Provo City Public Works Department requests a Conditional Use Permit for a water storage tank (SLU 4834) at 1224 West Columbia Lane in the Residential Conservation (RC) Zone. Grandview North Neighborhood. 15-0026CUP, Robert Mills, 801-852-6407

ITEM 3 Provo City Public Works Department requests Project Plan Approval for a 20,000 square-foot fleet maintenance building located at 1377 South 350 East in the Public Facilities Zone. East Bay Neighborhood. 15-0036PPA, Dustin Wright, 801-852-6414

Prior to the hearing application information may be obtained from and comments may be submitted to the Community Development Department located at 330 West 100 South, Provo, 7:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m., Monday - Thursday, or visit provo.org/pcadminhearing. Decisions may be appealed to the Provo City Board of Adjustment by filing an appeal application within fourteen (14) days following the decision.

Provo City will make reasonable accommodations for all citizens interested in participating in this meeting.
