NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BEFORE
THE DESIGN REVIEW COMMITTEE
The
Provo City Design Review Committee will hold a public hearing on Thursday, May
14, 2015, at 12:30 p.m., in the Community Development Conference Room at the
Provo City Center, located at 330 West 100 South. The following items below
will be discussed, and anyone interested is invited to attend and provide
comment. Preceding the public hearing, a briefing will be held at 12:00 p.m.
The briefing is open to the public; however, formal presentation of items, public
comment, and actions will be reserved for the public hearing at 12:30 p.m.

1 R. Scott
Stone requests Design Approval of a new 54-unit apartment project, generally
located at 544 North 200 West, in the DT1 (General Downtown) zone. North
Park Neighborhood, 15-0004PPA, Aaron Ardmore, 801-852-6404
ITEM
2 IHC Health
Services Inc., requests Design Approval for a Campus Master Plan on property
owned by IHC Health Services Inc. located at approximately 1034 N 500 West, for
the hospital relocation project. Property is currently zoned or being rezoned
to HCF (Health Care Facilities) and consists of approximately 40.26 acre of
