NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BEFORE THE DESIGN REVIEW COMMITTEE

The Provo City Design Review Committee will hold a public hearing on Thursday, July 13, 2017, at 12:30 p.m., in the Community Development Conference Room at the Provo City Center, located at 330 West 100 South. The following items below will be discussed, and anyone interested is invited to attend and provide comment. Preceding the public hearing, lunch will be provided to the Design Review Committee members at 12:00 p.m. The lunch is open to the public; however, formal presentation of items, public comment, and actions will be reserved for the public hearing at 12:30 p.m.

ITEM 1 Charlie Openshaw requests Design Review Approval for a new warehouse and parking lot located behind Day`s Market, located at 352 East 3200 North, in the Community Commercial (SC-2) Zone. Edgemont Neighborhood. 17-0015PPA, Brian Maxfield, 801-852-6429

ITEM 2 John Dester requests Design Review Approval for 18 townhomes located at 5155 North Edgewood Drive in the SDP-1 Zone. Riverbottoms Neighborhood. 17-0014PPA, Brian Maxfield, 801-852-6429

ITEM 3 Gardner and Associates request Design Review Approval for a nine-unit townhome development located at 925 East 1140 South in a proposed Low Density Residential Zone. Spring Creek Neighborhood. 17-0018PPA, Brian Maxfield, 801-852-6429
