NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BEFORE
THE DESIGN REVIEW COMMITTEE
The
Provo City Design Review Committee will hold a public hearing on Thursday,
March 23, 2017, at 12:30 p.m., in the Community Development Conference Room at
the Provo City Center, located at 330 West 100 South. Preceding the public
hearing, lunch will be provided to the Design Review Committee members at 12:00
p.m. The lunch is open to the public; however, formal presentation of items,
public comment, and actions will be reserved for the public hearing at 12:30
p.m.
ITEM 1
Eldon Hacke,
representing TerraForm Companies, requests Design Review Approval for a
mixed-use development consisting of 24 townhome units, an office building, and
a commercial building located at 3750 North University Avenue in a proposed SDP
