A
Provo City Planning Commission Administrative Hearing on delegated
applications will be held on Wednesday, May 6, 2015, at 5:00 p.m. at 330 West
100 South, Provo.
ITEM 1
Provo City Power
Company requests a Conditional Use Permit to install a new monopole tower,
designed to co-locate multiple cellular companies they are already under
contract. The new tower would be located north of the old smoke stacks,
comprising 3,380 square feet of the Provo Energy site, located at 702 North 300
West, Provo, UT, in the PF (Public Facilities) Zone. North Park

Peterson requests Final Plat approval to combine two lots into one, by vacating
lots 272 & 273 from the Sherwood Hills Subdivision Plat H, and creating
Plat Y, located at 4688 North Brookshire Circle, Provo, UT, in the R1.10
(One-Family Residential) Zone. Sherwood Hills Neighborhood.

to the hearing application information may be obtained from and comments may be
submitted to the Community Development Department located at 330 West 100
South, Provo, 7:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m., Monday - Thursday, or visit
provo.org/pcadminhearing. Decisions may be appealed to the Provo City Board of
Adjustment by filing an appeal application within fourteen (14) days following
the decision.
