NOTICE
OF PUBLIC HEARING
A Provo City Planning Commission Administrative Hearing
on delegated applications will be held on Wednesday, April 08, 2020, at 5:00
p.m. at 330 West 100 South, Provo. This meeting will be conducted entirely
via electronic means. Due to the risks of public gatherings associated with the
spread of COVID-19, Governor Gary Herbert has waived the anchor location and
other requirements for public meetings/noticing, as outlined in Executive Order
2020-01. The meeting will be available to the public for live broadcast and
on-demand viewing at: https://www.youtube.com/user/ProvoChannel17.

Prior to the hearing application information may be obtained
from and comments may be submitted to the Development Services Department located
at 330 West 100 South, Provo, 7:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m., Monday - Thursday, or
visit provo.org/pcadminhearing. Decisions may be appealed to the Provo City
Board of Adjustment by filing an appeal application within fourteen (14) days
following the decision.
Provo City will make reasonable accommodations for all
citizens interested in participating in this meeting. If assistance is needed
to allow participation at this meeting, please call the Development Services
Department at (801) 852-6400 before 12:00 p.m. the day before the meeting to
make arrangements.
