NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BEFORE THE DESIGN REVIEW COMMITTEE
The Provo City Design Review Committee will hold a public hearing on Thursday, November 14, 2019, at 12:30 p.m., in the Community Development Conference Room at the Provo City Center, located at 330 West 100 South. The following items below will be discussed, and anyone interested is invited to attend and provide comment.
Item 1
Todd Sinks requests Project Plan Approval for 736 apartment units, located at 178 E 1860 S in the Campus Mixed Use zone. East Bay Neighborhood. Aaron Ardmore (801) 852-6404, aardmore@provo.org PLPPA20190183
Item 2
George Bills of Gardner and Associates, requests concept plan approval for a 144 unit apartment complex on 6.4 acres located at approximately 1724 S. Preceding the public hearing, a lunch will be provided to Design Review Committee members at 12:00 p.m. The lunch is open to the public; however, formal presentation of items, public comment, and actions will be reserved for the public hearing at 12:30 p.m.
Provo City will make reasonable accommodations for all citizens interested in participating in this meeting. If assistance is needed to allow participation at this meeting, please call the Planning Secretary at (801) 852-6424 at least 3 days before the meeting to make arrangements.
