NOTICE OF PUBLIC
HEARING BEFORE THE DESIGN REVIEW COMMITTEE
The Provo City Design Review Committee will hold a public
hearing on Wednesday, November 21,
2018, at 12:30 p.m., in the Community Development Conference Room at
the Provo City Center, located at 330 West 100 South. The following items below
will be discussed, and anyone interested is invited to attend and provide
comment.

Management Group requests Concept Plan approval for a 62-unit townhome
development located at 1606 S State Street, in a proposed Spring Creek High
Occupancy Project Redevelopment Option (PRO14.50(36)) Zone. Spring

parking structure, located at 182 N Freedom Blvd in the Downtown Core (DT2)

Design
Build Contractors, Inc. requests Project Plan approval for a new
residential building within the campus of the Heritage School, located at
5600 N Heritage School Drive in the Public Facilities (PF) zone. The
new building will take the place of a previously demolished building.

Preceding the public hearing, the Design Review Committee
will be served lunch at 12:00 p.m. Items on the agenda will not be
discussed during lunch.
