Provo City Planning Commission Administrative Hearing on delegated
applications will be held on Wednesday, February 7, 2018, at 5:00 p.m. at 330
West 100 South, Provo.

requests Conditional Use Approval for a major home occupation for a daycare
that would allow for up to 12 children. The subject property is located at 997
Briar Avenue in the R1.8(S) Zone. Wasatch Neighborhood.

Prior
to the hearing application information may be obtained from and comments may be
submitted to the Community Development Department located at 330 West 100
South, Provo, 7:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m., Monday - Thursday, or visit
provo.org/pcadminhearing. Decisions may be appealed to the Provo City Board of
Adjustment by filing an appeal application within fourteen (14) days following
the decision.
