3. An ordinance amending Provo City Code to enact Provo City Code Chapter 14.50(35) (Lesa Project Redevelopment Option Zone). Joaquin Neighborhood. (17-0001OA)
4. An ordinance amending the zone map classification of approximately 0.19 acres of real property, generally located at 691 East 600 North, from Residential Conservation (RC) to the Lesa Project Redevelopment Option zone. (17-0004R)
5. An ordinance amending the zone map classification of approximately 5.15 acres of real property, generally located at 1140 South State Street, from Light Manufacturing (M-1) to Public Facilities (PF). Spring Creek Neighborhood. (16-0015R)
6. An ordinance adopting a budget for Provo City Corporation for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2017 and ending June 30, 2018, in the amount of $208,214,400, and amending the Consolidated Fee Schedule and Provo City Code Section 4.04.060. (17-067)
7. A resolution appropriating $50,000 in the Council Office budget for the hiring of a budget performance consultant and applying to the fiscal year ending June 30, 2018. (17-079)

8. A resolution adopting a budget for the Redevelopment Agency Of Provo City Corporation for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2017 and ending June 30, 2018, in the amount of $5,239,437. (17-068)
Stormwater Service District
9. A resolution adopting a budget for the Provo City Stormwater Service District in the amount of $4,397,144 for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2017 and ending June 30, 2018. (17-069)
