NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BEFORE THE DESIGN REVIEW COMMITTEE
The Provo City Design Review Committee will hold a public hearing on Thursday, April 13, 2017, at 12:30 p.m., in the Community Development Conference Room at the Provo City Center, located at 330 West 100 South. The following items below will be discussed, and anyone interested is invited to attend and provide comment. Preceding the public hearing, lunch will be provided to the Design Review Committee members at 12:00 p.m. The lunch is open to the public; however, formal presentation of items, public comment, and actions will be reserved for the public hearing at 12:30 p.m.
ITEM 1 Kristen Lesa requests design review approval for a 10-unit apartment building located at 691 East 600 North in the Residential Conservation Zone. This application is subject to a Zone Change Approval. Joaquin Neighborhood. 17-0007PPA, Dustin Wright, 801-852-6414
ITEM 2 Brandon Rindlisbacher requests review and design recommendations from the Design Review Committee for the external design of buildings and a site plan for an apartment complex proposed between approximately 250 West and University Avenue on the west side of 4800 North, in the PRO-R22 Zone.
