4. A public hearing on a resolution to place approximately 0.09 acre of real property, generally located at 100 South between 50 West and 100 West, on the surplus property list and authorizing the Mayor to sell property. (15-142)

5. A resolution authorizing and approving the amended and restated Interlocal Cooperation Agreement, amended and restated Power Sale Agreement S-1 and amended and restated Capacity Purchase Agreement of and with the Utah Municipal Power Agency; and related matters. (15-143)
