Notice of Public Hearing for Proposed RAP Tax
 
The Provo City Council will hold a public hearing on the proposed RAP tax ballot proposition on Tuesday, October 20, 2015, at 6:00 p.m. during the regular Council Meeting which will begin at 5:30 p.m. The meeting will be held in the Provo City Council Chambers located at 351 West Center Street. The purpose of this hearing will be to receive public comment regarding the proposed Recreation, Arts, and Parks (RAP) sales tax. The City Council shall allow equal time, within a reasonable limit, for any interested person to present arguments in favor of the ballot proposition and against the ballot proposition.
