Provo City Planning Commission Administrative Hearing on delegated
applications will be held on Wednesday, July 15, 2015, at 5:00 p.m. at 330 West
100 South, Provo.
ITEM 1
Provo City Economic
Development requests Final Plat approval for the creation of a one-lot
subdivision, comprising 4.77 acres, for future industrial-type buildings,
located at approximately 3580 South Mountain Vista Parkway, in the PIC (Planned
Industrial Commercial) Zone. Spring Creek Neighborhood,

Nixon requests Final Plat approval for a two-lot subdivision comprising 0.75
acres, located at approximately 583 East Foothill Drive, in the R1.10
(One-Family Residential) Zone. North Timpview Neighborhood,

Prior
to the hearing application information may be obtained from and comments may be
submitted to the Community Development Department located at 330 West 100
South, Provo, 7:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m., Monday - Thursday, or visit
provo.org/pcadminhearing. Decisions may be appealed to the Provo City Board of
Adjustment by filing an appeal application within fourteen (14) days following
the decision.
